Do you offer jewelry repairs? How long do they take?
Yes! Just bring in your jewelry and one of our associates will provide you with a quote and estimated time. Common repairs that we handle include ring resizing, broken chains, and stone resetting but our jewelers are equipped to handle much more. Typically our repairs run on a 1-2 week schedule.
Do you carry estate Jewelry?
Yes, we boast a collection of vintage and estate jewelry. Currently, our estate pieces are 30% off! Come and visit us to see our cultivated selection.
Do you do custom pieces?
Yes, our bench jewelers are ready to bring your imagination to life! Give us a visit to talk to one of our associates about designing your own custom piece.
Do you offer a loyalty program?
Unfortunately, we do not have a loyalty program at this time.
Are there jewelers on staff?
Yes. At Aurum we have two jewelers and one jewelry apprentice on our team.
Do you carry watches?
We do not carry watches, however we offer watch services such as battery changes and link removals.
